The Grand Wagoneer Concept is stunning and sophisticated, and will expand the automaker's brand to a new level of "American Premium." The Grand Wagoneer Concept is absolutely packed with leading-edge advanced technology, and when the production version of the Grand Wagoneer arrives next year, it will feature class-leading capability, three available 4x4 systems, Quadra-Lift air suspension, unmatched towing capability, powerful performance, a new level of comfort and best-in-class overall passenger volume.

Can you tell me about the Wagoneer's Heritage?

The Wagoneer completely changed the SUV market back in the early sixties, with an unprecedented combination of passenger-car comfort. and off-road capability. As the years passed, the Wagoneer continued to push the boundaries of comfort and convenience. In 1984 the Grand Wagoneer was released. This new model was immediately representative of a pinnacle 4x4 vehicle. It offered drivers unprecedented standard features and gave luxury and capability new meaning. The Grand Wagoneer changed the very definition of the premium 4x4 vehicle, and left behind a legacy unlike any other SUV.

What Type of Capability does the Grand Wagoneer Concept have?

The Grand Wagoneer concept is engineered to maximize utility and towing capacity, and to hold true to Jeep's legendary capability. It features Jeep's Selec-Terrain Traction Management System with five drive modes, the Quadra-Drive II 4x4 system with active two-speed transfer case and Quadra-Lift Air suspension. The Grand Wagoneer concept also features a no-compromise plug-in hybrid electric vehicle powertrain system.

How do the Wagoneer and a Grand Wagoneer differ?

The Jeep Wagoneer and the Jeep Grand Wagoneer will essentially be two trim levels of the same model. The  Wagoneer will represent the entry point to the nameplate.  While it will still be loaded with standard features, the Grand Wagoneer will offer more premium features, technology, and ability. All models are expected to come in either standard or extended wheelbases, offering those who need it extra legroom and cargo space.
When will the Jeep Wagoneer be available?

The new Jeep Wagoneer is expected to arrive Q3 or 4 of 2021, as 2022 model-year vehicle. 

What is the estimated cost of the Wagoneer lineup?

With the Jeep Wagoneer designed to blend a vehicle that can go places that others can't with high-class craftsmanship,  it's expected to be priced competitively to other vehicles in its class. The short wheelbase model will cost around an estimated $60K1, while the long-wheelbase version will be offered at an estimated $65K1.  And, according to an FCA statement, the Jeep Grand Wagoneer will start at an estimated $60K1 and is estimated to top out for the top trim at over $100K1.
