Best Snow Tubing Spots in Pittsburgh

Most parks do require riders to be at least 42 inches tall. Here are some of favorite spots to slide within a short drive from Pittsburgh area.

Boyce Park

Boyce Park is home to six snow tubing lanes and a magic carpet lift. A two and a half hour ticket generally gets riders at least 15 trips down the hill. Attendants are on site to help people up and down the hill safely. 

Mount Pleasant of Edinboro

Mount Pleasant of Edinboro will literally take your breath away with a six story drop. Rides can choose from four lanes, each about 600 feet long. If you decide to also ski, you'll get a free tubing ticket.

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort

Slide down 800 feet of fun at Nemacolin! The snow tubing park offers a lift at the bottom of the hill, so you don't have to trek back to the top. Tubing sessions are two hours long. You can also check out the other winter sports the resort has to offer, like skiing and snowboarding.

Want tons of tubing? Well, Seven Springs offers nearly a dozen lanes and a magic carpet lift. Children must be at least 4 years old in order to tube and accompanied by an adult. This is one of the largest snow tubing parks in the region.
