Every version of the Grand Cherokee 4xe comes standard with a base turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder, combining two electric motors, a hybrid battery pack, and an eight-speed automatic transmission. The total output for this engine is 375 horsepower, 470 lb-ft of torque, and 25 miles of all-electric range. It also comes standard with a standard four-wheel-drive system. As for features, the 4xe comes standard with 18-inch wheels, automatic high-beam headlights, Capri leather seats, heated front, and rear seats, a heated steering wheel, Selec-Terrain with five drive modes, a power liftgate, LED headlights, dual-zone automatic climate control, and remote start. The 30th Anniversary edition of the Grand Cherokee celebrates the three decades of the famed SUV with a few fun features to commemorate the occasion! For starters, you get all of the tech of the 4xe trim, such as a 10.1-inch touchscreen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, HD radio, Amazon Alexa, and a premium nine-speaker audio system. You also get 20-inch wheels, a dark exterior trim, blue recovery hooks, a digital rearview mirror, and a surround-view camera system. You will truly be going in style with the 30th Anniversary edition! 

If you plan to take your 4xe off the road, the Trailhawk 4xe is the trim you want to go with! It comes standard with Quadra-Drive 4WD, an electronic limited-slip rear differential, sway bar disconnect, Quadra-Life air suspension, Selec-Speed Control, and an off-road camera. You also get 11.3 inches of ground clearance and blue tow hooks. All-terrain tires are also standard, as do protective underbody skid plates and a selec-speed off-road cruise control system. There are also several cosmetic featuers, such as a black hood decal, black roof, power-folding exterior mirrors, all-weather floor mats, expanded connected services, and a backup camera washer. The Luxury Tech Group III is available with things like a hands-free liftgate, and the Advanced ProTech Group II has night vision and front-parking sensors. 

For those drivers who love luxury vehicles, the Overland 4xe is for you! This trim comes standard with air suspension, upgraded exterior lighting, windshield wiper de-icer system, power-folding exterior mirrors, standard hands-free liftgate, upgraded interior trim, power-adjustable steering wheel, upgraded leather upholstery, and front parking sensors. Off-road features are provided by the Off-Road Group, which has 18-inch wheels, all-terrain tires, and underbody skid plates. You will also have access to the Luxury Tech Group IV, which has Nappa leather seats, upgraded front seats with massage, and four-zone automatic climate control. 

Perhaps the plushiest version of the Grand Cherokee 4xe is the Summit 4xe trim which has unique 20-inch wheels, all-season performance tires, an upgraded four-wheel-drive system, an electronic limited-slip rear differential, a black roof, an illuminated door sill, premium leather door panel trim, and a wood and leather steering wheel. Other luxury items include premium Berber floor mats, reversible carpeted and vinyl cargo mats, an integrated off-road camera, driver attention warning, lane keeping system, active driving assist, and an automated parking system. You can also go higher with the Summit Reserve 4xe trim, which offers premium leather upholstery and a 19-speaker high-end McIntosh audio system.
